More of the best. That's the best way I can put it. More of the best.
Avatar: The Last Airbender has consistently been one of the finest cartoons on the air. It's not a half-hour commercial for action figures. It has an on-going plot with three-dimensional characters. I'm even caring about the bad guys, it's so good.
Book Three, Fire, has seen our protagonist Aang at his lowest. The loss of the Earth city Ba Sing Se was a crushing defeat, and the Avatar has spent the third Book licking his wounds and regaining his strength.
The culmination of his team's plans is fast approaching: A once-in-a-lifetime eclipse will render the Firebending nation powerless just long enough to stage a devastating coup de grace. If he can only pull it off...
The series is the brainchild of Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko. The show is nothing short of excellent, and the newest DVD release is no exception.
Check it out. Continue your collection. You'll thank me for it.
