Marvel Studios is in DC this week filming scenes for Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier due out next summer. They’ve got a camp set up across the street from the Capitol building. I spotted the Cap himself, Chris Evans, noshing on some snacks at the craft services table and high-fiving a lucky kid. Click below for some more photos. Spoiler alert: no Scarlet Johanson.

The intriguing heist gone awry Pawn just hit stores. Michael Chiklis leads a cast packed with favorites through a twisty tale of conspiracy, greed, and deception. It reminded me of those crime drama movies that came out after the success of Pulp Fiction. The story had enough twists and turns to get me to want to see how it all ends, and the constant parade of familiar stars made each development enjoyable along the way.

Special guests include Ernie Hudson (Ghostbusters‘ Winston), Billy West (Ren & Stimpy), and Phil Lamarr (MadTV, Pulp Fiction) among others.
