Cool stuff from American legend JOHN GLENN

From the John Glen. Estate sale

I was lucky enough to visit the late John Glenn’s estate sale in Potomac, Maryland. They had a great selection of personal effects and ephemera from his life, as well as normal household goods that are now epic! because they belonged to astronaut John Glenn. Click below for a brief tour of what I got. The photos, of course, feature my high-end replica Neil Armstrong gloves. Because astronauts.

We are the music makers – RIP Gene Wilder

wonka

We lost a giant yesterday. Gene Wilder, also known as Young Dr. FrankenSTEIN, Jim the Waco Kid, or Mr. Wonka. There is an effortless authenticity in his performances, an ever present twinkle in his eye.

Mr Wilder, you will be missed.

Essential Seven Bands Fronted by Uncle Jesse Katsopolis

Uncle Jesse singing to Michelle

Fuller House the new Netflix series debuts this week. In honor of the return of the Tanner clan, this weeks list focuses on everybody’s favorite Uncle Jesse. He helps Danny and Joey take care of  DJ, Stephanie, and Michelle while at the same time being cool, running the Smash Club, and be a “rocking” musician. Elvis was a huge influence to Jesse, from his hair to how he mimicked the King playing nursery rhymes for Michelle’s pre-school. While Jesse & the Rippers was his most successful band, Uncle Jesse has played in numerous bands in his lifetime. In order to track his career here are the Essential Seven Bands Fronted by Uncle Jesse Katsopolis, and have mercy!
