Essential Seven 2009 Best Halloween Costumes

Last weekend was Halloween, and I saw a number of great Halloween costumes. Most of them were little kids dressed up as Darth Vader, Spider-Man, and lots of G.I. Joe. Adults have a lot of great costumes. Did you read about the guy who was dressed up as a breathalyzer? In an ironic twist he was arrested for being drunk, and blew 0.158 percent on a breathalyzer.

The breathalyzer costume wasn’t very original. Looking around the web I found a number of great costumes from this year. Here are the the Essential Seven 2009 Best Halloween Costumes.

7) Giving Birth

Possibly NSFW because of the large gaping hairy vagina. However, if you look closely you will see a woman’s head poking through making this costume of a woman giving birth with her gynecologist funny as hell.

6) Octomom

Reality Pop Culture always influences Halloween costumes. This year with Octomom in the news I saw numerous incarnations of Nadya. This woman’s costume was perfect mostly because she looks like the Octomom. The large fake lips, long black hair, and the eight babies is spot on.

5) Tetris Pieces

I love it when people come up with costumes outside the norm. These guys dressed as tetrominoes is very unique. It shows creativity. It also questions if these guys want to be in a Tetris gangbang.

4) Jon & Kate – 8

The Kate Gosselin wig was one of the more popular costumes this year. Once again showing the power of reality pop culture. I wouldn’t just pick the woman who looks like Kate, but the guy pretending to be Jon along with their faces is dead on.

3) Ultimate Warrior

The Ultimate Warrior has never looked so good! Sure he isn’t the heavyweight champion anymore, but is just reminds me how great his short career was.  I also wish I had the balls to wear this costume.

2) The Yip Yip Aliens

“Yip-yip-yip-yip… Uh-huh. Uh-huh”

1) Little Lando

Maybe I’m a bit biased because of my love for Lando, but this kids costume is the best of the year. Any kid pretending to be the coolest Star Wars character tops my list.
