This past weekend I attended the Steel City Con (aka Pittsburgh Toy Show). My toy budget has been tight lately, so I thought I would conduct an experiment. With only seven dollars in my pocket, I was curious what kind of toys I could buy for a dollar each. I was shocked at some of the deals that I was able to get for a dollar. The show is mostly made up of toy vendors selling a variety of action figures, trains, comics, and some very rare items. I will be attending the show, and covering it for the site on Saturday. Best Known for his role as “Winston” from GHOSTBUSTERS I & II. Ghostbusters is Celebrating it’s 25th Anniversary and there is no way better to celebrate than to have Mr. Hudson join us at the upcoming Steel City Con.
As a Special Steel City Con EXCLUSIVE, Mr. Hudson has agreed to wear his famous Ghostbusters Outfit! (Yes, Very Cool).
Mr. Hudson is also known for his roles in Ghostbusters – The Video Game, Dragonball Evolution, Oz (HBO Series), The Crow, Batman, Stargate SG-1 as ‘Pernaux’,The Hand That Rocks The Cradle, Congo, Desperate Housewives and much more…
I can’t decide that seeing him in costume will be cool or just sad. Either way I will be covering the Con and getting Ernie’s autograph.
This weekend at the Steel City Con I parked near a truck decked out to look like the George Barris Batmobile. The owner of this truck is clearly a fan of Batman. The truck has every detail of the Batmobile, including the hood air intake, Bat symbols on the door, and rear wing spoilers. The back even has the jet engine.

I attended the Steel City Con Toy Show this weekend. Anthony Daniels was the special guest signing autographs and memoribillia for fans. I must say he is very into talking with the fans. A few times he walked around the line and had conversations with people.
