Do you believe in ghosts? Or more specifically, do you believe that ghosts are beautiful translucent orange, lingering in the Outworld, and waiting to help the living? After looking at Ghost Land, I'm more inclined to believe than not. Brian Flynn has created a 5 piece mini figure set that absolutely rocks my socks. They are available in four colorways, each being made of clear vinyl. Freebento.com sent me a few to check out and I was instantly hooked. Clear vinyl, where have you been all my life?

Click hereThe designs of the five characters are really fun and unique, but what really sets these designs off is the vinyl. They are ghosts after all, and clear vinyl seems a natural choice. The material itself is thick enough to be sturdy, but also it's thin enough to let light shine through without any blemishes or bubbles. The quality is top notch, for sure. But let's get back to the designs. Each toy has its own personality, but the five in the set go together remarkably well. There is cohesion to the designs that make these feel like they came from the same place, or could be related in some way. All the details are cut into the form, since there are minimal paint applications to pump the clear goodness. The shadows caused by the cuts or difference in thickness of vinyl really highlight the details well. Whether it's with Peg-Leg's clipper ship tattoo, or Six-Gun's cowboy boots, the details are tight. As stated, the paint applications are minimal, and are limited to the eyes and mouth. Each colorway has its own eye color so the sets all match up. Standing around 3 inches tall, the toys look great but have the potential to be lost in your collection. They are so much stronger as a set, and since they are priced around 15 dollars, you can get five for about the same price as a larger vinyl toy. It all works out in the end. You are able to choose from smoke gray, blue, yellow, or orange (my favorite). Mix and match or get all of one color, it's up to you.

Click hereI don't usually write much about toys' boxes, but these are definitely an exception. Each mini comes in a metal tin with a great haunted house scene painted on all the sides (including the inside!). These tins are really quality and worth keeping to put to good use with tea bags, office supplies, candy, or whatever you need to tuck away that'll fit. They also serve as great risers for display purposes.

Click hereThe Ghost Land minis are a fantastic set and if you're not into clear vinyl (mostly found in Kaiju) then you should be warned that these will make you hungry for more. So put down that dunny and pick up something with a little more flavor. You won't be disappointed.

Freebento.com has these in stock and ready to rock. Check them out for a few, and while you're there check out their other great selections and crazy Japanese imports that are hard to find elsewhere.

Super7 has been making high quality toys for years. You should check out their site for a look at some of the most unique vinyl being produced.
